I’ve been asked to design a number of outrageous living environments on a 50+ acre-wooded site along Bull Shoals Lake in Arkansas:

There will be minimal restrictions. We have already constructed a private dock along the shore. It’s really a beautiful clean canvas ready to be painted. The owner is going to allow about 25 third of an acre circular building sites. The rest of the land and dock will be communal. We are talking about sharing the fun with some future thinking people. Any ideas?
